You’ve given your craft, this career, so much.

Practically everything.

And how does society thank you? What does it give you for true support?

Practically nothing.

You’re expected to keep smiling, shining, trying, be grateful for every chance, every feature.

Be “on” all the time. Be pleasant to work with. Give it your all.

Stay in character. Always be ready for an audition, a role.

Be seen. Post. Be vivacious, funny, and charming.

You like the attention, you really do. Yet, the industry was never set up to actually support you. No one tells you that you don’t have to give this career everything.

The myth is that if you stop giving it everything, the call-backs will stop too. Your relevancy will wane.

I work with actors and performers to create the inner structures so you can be the dazzling creative on stage AND maintain a sense of yourself, a real life off-stage. You deserve to feel successful, confident, and true to you.

I spent years as an educator before becoming the coach that actors, musicians, and other performers turn to when they need someone who notices what they can't see in themselves. I helps outward-facing creatives build careers that don't cost their mental health, sense of self, or love of the work.

With a decade of coaching experience, hundreds of clients, and nearly 100 five-star reviews, I brings both expertise and intuition to this work. I’m the author of Talk to the Trees and the forthcoming House of the Living Souls, I combine neuroscience-backed tools with intuitive insight to help my clients (you) find your next right move. My clients describe the shift as finally exhaling.

We are not taking the industry at face value.

You're not here to crash out or fade out. You're here to create something timeless. Powerful.

You love making the art, being on stage.

But its not all accolades & roses.

There’s an unspoken myth that to be successful in this industry you have to give up everything, to make every part of your inner world on a platter for all the audiences, all the online fans if you want to be successful and stay relevant.

What if you were the actor who had the know-how to be radically confident in yourself, to give it your all, but still have parts of your inner world untouched and unseen by the masses- for you and your close friends alone.

This is possible for you. I want to create that internal foundation with you so you claim every bit of success you crave while also having the best life you can have when you’re not working.

You’re not there now, but you could be.

Tell me if right now any of this sounds like you:

  • You feel pressure to perform, show up, or be “on”

  • You’ve felt burnout, or you see it coming

  • You overthink your work, your next move, or how you’re perceived

  • You want to stay true to yourself: not become a version of you that just “performs well.”

  • Your creativity comes in waves (and you can’t always control it)

  • You fear that waves of despair, drinking too much or

  • You feel like you’re always seeking that next thing to stop the anxiety, that feeling that nags you. The sense that you can’t keep up, there is no relief.

What you want instead:

  • Emotional steadiness before, during, and after performing

  • Deep self-trust in your decisions and direction

  • A way to succeed without losing yourself

Welcome.

You already know how to perform.

You already have the talent.

But sustaining it?

That’s where things get complicated.

There’s pressure.

Visibility.

Expectations: internal and external.

Some days you’re completely in it.

Other days, it feels harder to access what used to flow naturally.

We’ve all seen the examples of the successful Performer, the Star who is secretly dissolving into less and less of themselves. Who gave everything to their art until the hollowness took over off-stage. Or the performer who can’t stop the haunting voices of pressure and wants to numb anyway they can.

People commonly believe that there’s a price for success that involves selling out. That to reach the height, to maintain the success or renown, you’re always asked and expected to give more, more, and more.

For the creative who wants to have the heights of success in all the ways you want it, but don’t want the crushing pit of agony that no one understands and few can endure.

There’s a third path available to you. I know it’s possible. It’s not what you’ve tried, and it’s not for lack of trying. Its a path most people haven’t even conceived could exist.

Nice to meet you. I’m Rachel Strivelli.

Transformational Coach for Performers.

Author of Talk to the Trees and soon to be published, House of the Living Souls.

Speaker and Strategist.

Creative.

When work is done for the day, I’m dancing with my creative pursuits: writing, gardening, making up songs to get my kids to do their chores, improv, and any excuse to get on stage.

Now, back to YOU….

There a better, truer path forward for you that you deserve. It’s not far off from where you are. Truly.

It’s not unreachable.

It’s available.

You don’t need to burn out to succeed.
You don’t need to force your creativity.
And you don’t need to lose yourself to perform at a high level.

You need the internal stability to sustain it.

This Isn’t Performance Coaching.

It’s Capacity Building.

Most people try to fix performance at the surface.

I work deeper.

We strengthen your internal world so that you can:

  • Access creativity on demand

  • Stay grounded under pressure

  • Make aligned decisions quickly

  • Recover faster and avoid burnout.

This is where intuition, nervous system stability, and real-world strategy meet.

Here your inner self can be seen, respected clearly, and sustained.
